Shipping policy

At Dilli6online, we aim to deliver the finest fashion from the heart of Chandni Chowk to customers across India with speed, safety, and transparency. Please read our shipping terms carefully.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India.
(For remote and long-distance locations, shipping charges may vary.)


2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping (Delhi NCR Only)

  • Orders of ₹5,000 or above qualify for Free Shipping within Delhi NCR.

Outside Delhi NCR

  • Currently, there is no free shipping outside NCR.

  • For all other cities, a standard shipping fee applies based on:

    • Distance

    • Courier partner rates

    • Product weight (heavy gowns may cost more)


3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by pin code:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

  • International Orders: 10–14 business days

(Shipping delays due to festivals, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.)


4. Dispatch Policy

We dispatch most orders within:

  • 24 hours for ready stock

  • 1–2 business days if the item needs quality check or fresh packing

If a product is unavailable or needs additional time, customers are informed proactively.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD Available: Yes

  • COD Charges: ₹0 (No extra fee)

  • COD not available for selected remote pin codes or high-value orders.


6. Courier Partners

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we ship through:

  • Delhivery

  • Ecom Express

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • India Post (for remote & special cases)

  • Shiprocket (Our integrated logistics partner)

Your order may be delivered through any of the above depending on your location.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking link will be sent via Email

  • Customers can monitor the shipment status until delivery

  • WhatsApp tracking will be added in future updates









8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

In case of a courier issue:

  • Situations will be handled case-by-case

  • If an item arrives damaged, customers must share:

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Photos of the damage

Based on the assessment, we will arrange:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or partial refund (as applicable)


9. Packaging Standards

We ensure safe and neat packaging for all orders.

  • Clothing items are packed in cloth-based bags

  • Premium gowns and heavy products come in zip cloth bags

  • All packages are sealed securely to prevent transit damage







10. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer enters an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping charge will be borne by the customer

  • Refunds for non-delivered orders (COD) will be issued as store credit

11. Priority Shipping (Coming Soon)

We will soon introduce:

  • Express Delivery

  • Same-day / Next-day shipping in Delhi NCR
